3 Year Warranty Guarantee

At Orbie (A trading name of Taurus Supplies UK Ltd), we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind when you choose our cool box (or other product) for your adventures. That's why we offer a comprehensive 3 Year Warranty Guarantee from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers:

Our 3 Year Warranty Guarantee covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Should your cool box (or other product) fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period is 3 years, commencing from the date of purchase. To be eligible for service under this warranty, you must provide a valid proof of purchase from Taurus Supplies UK Ltd (trading as Orbie) or an authorised dealer.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at hello@orbie.co.uk to initiate a warranty claim. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and attach a copy of your purchase receipt.
2. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the process of sending your cool box for assessment.
3. If your claim falls under our warranty coverage, we will repair or replace your cool box at no additional cost to you.

Limitations and Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper handling.
• Damage or loss of contents due to leakage or failure to properly secure the lid.
• Incidental or consequential damages.

Please note, repairs or replacements as provided under this warranty are the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Taurus Supplies UK Ltd neither assumes nor authorises any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this product.

Your Legal Rights:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country. The Orbie (Taurus Supplies UK Ltd) 1 Year Warranty Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
