Orbie Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. By entering this competition (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").
1.2. The Competition is organised by Orbie (the "Promoter").
1.3. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and international participants, aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the organisation or administration of the Competition shall not be permitted to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must:
- Follow @orbie_uk and any additional accounts listed in the Competition post.
- Like the Competition post on Instagram.
- Tag 2 friends in the comments of the Competition post.
3.2. Entries that do not comply with these instructions are invalid and will not be entered into the draw.
3.3. The use of bots, automated systems, or any similar practices to enter or manipulate the Competition will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Competition Period
4.1. The Competition begins on 3rd September 2024 and ends on 30th September 2024 at11:59pm GMT (the "Competition Period").
4.2. Any entries received after the Competition Period will be void.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize for the Competition is [describe the prize] (the "Prize").
5.2. Delivery of the Prize is included to a UK address only.
5.3. If the winner is located outside of the UK, they must cover all shipping costs, including duties and taxes, to their location. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional charges.
6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.2. The winner will be announced on 1st October 2024 via the Promoter’s Instagram account.
6.3. The winner will be notified by a direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the closing date.
6.4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select a replacement winner.
7. Prize Acceptance
7.1. The winner must provide a valid delivery address and any other information required to fulfill the Prize delivery.
7.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss of the Prize during delivery.
8. General Conditions
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside the Promoter's control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
8.2. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Competition.
8.3. No cash alternative to the Prize will be offered. The Prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the entrant or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur during the administration of this Competition.
9.2. In no event will the Promoter, its agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Competition.
10. Data Protection and Publicity
10.1. By entering the Competition, you consent to the use of your name and image in any promotional material.
10.2. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
