Pink Orbie Cooler Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order for the Pink Orbie Cooler, you are reserving a product before it is officially manufactured or available for dispatch.

  • The Pink Orbie Cooler will only proceed to manufacturing once we receive a minimum of 20 confirmed pre-orders.
  • Payment will be taken at the time you place your pre-order.
  • Pre-orders will remain open until 30 June 2026.
  • If the minimum number of 20 pre-orders is reached by 30 June 2026, we will proceed with manufacturing and keep you updated on expected delivery times.
  • If we do not reach the minimum number of pre-orders by 30 June 2026, the Pink Orbie Cooler will not proceed to manufacturing and all customers who placed a pre-order will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Estimated delivery dates are subject to change and may vary depending on manufacturing and supplier timelines.
  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  • Customers have the right to return products within a specified period, provided the goods are in their original, unused condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a certain number of days after receiving the returned items, excluding original shipping charges.

Preorders

  • Preorders allow customers to purchase items in advance of their official launch or restock. Availability dates for preordered items are estimates and subject to change.
  • Payment for preorders will be taken at the time of placing the order, not at the time of shipping. This secures your order in advance.
  • Should there be any changes to the release date or if we are unable to fulfill your preorder, we will notify you and offer the option of a refund or an alternative arrangement.
  • Preordered items will be shipped on or before the specified availability date wherever possible. If you order in-stock items along with preordered items, you may receive multiple shipments.

International Orders and Customs Duty

Liability for Overseas Taxes, Duties, and Charges

Please be aware that Taurus Supplies UK Ltd ships products from the United Kingdom, and international orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"), and other local government-imposed charges. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize Taurus Supplies UK Ltd or its designated shipping agent to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your Import Fees for such item.

Taurus Supplies UK Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. The policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Policy Acknowledgement

By placing an order for international delivery through our website, you agree to the terms of this policy and accept responsibility for any and all Import Fees as described above. If you refuse a shipment or are unable to retrieve a shipment due to import complications, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Taurus Supplies UK Ltd. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

User Responsibilities
