However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to return an item. Notification of Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us of your intention to return the product within 30 days of receipt. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials. Items that are returned damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Return Postage Costs
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of goods that do not reach us.
Processing Returns
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within a certain number of days.
